Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a widely used strategy for managing a business's interactions with its customers. This includes the use of technology to organize, automate and synchronize processes - mainly related to sales activities, marketing, customer service and technical support.
Upon successful completion of the course the student will be able to:
- Have theoretical knowledge about Relationship Marketing and Customer Focus
- Know the basic characteristics of an information management and marketing system.
- Understand the role of marketing for the proper functioning of an e-CRM.
- Have sufficient knowledge to apply the CRM philosophy and information system in a business.
- Manage business applications, which focus on two-way communication with customers and information mining and analysis.
- Evaluate customer relationship management systems
- Develop technical knowledge regarding the use of a CRM software.
